Synopsis

Thirty years before Dorothy arrives, the Emperor ZO devises to conquer all of OZ. Using his team of scientist and their technological breakthroughs, he outlaws magic, and marches his army to the four corners of OZ. The Witches Council soon splits between good and evil. Now all three factions must battle for control.

The teen twins, Ari and Astor, soon find themselves in the fracas and help turn the tide for good with help from Liam Brobaker, a talking bear whose fighting skill knows no equal. Good versus evil, magic versus technology, and the will of two teenagers all fight for their future.
