Synopsis

Ah, the city, its towering bridges, its picturesque sunsets. Once you've been there, you never truly leave. The year is nineteen-hundred and twenty-six. Prohibition is in its sixth year. It's illegal to have alcohol, but there is always a place to find a drink in the city.

The neighborhoods: China Town, Japan Town, Little Italy, The French Quarter, and Little Cariba. All of them have a taste for their home country. But, I'm really here to talk about the other part of the city... the seedy side, the underbelly, the way the city really runs¡Kthe crime families. for a hundred years the City has been run by the three crime factions: The Tong, The Yakuza and Costa Nostra. their leaders Chung Tai, Ado Nokumura and Frencesco Cavalini rule the city. In the last few months, a new threat has emerged to upset the balance, a threat from Eastern Europe... The Red Mafiya. Their leader is Sergie, and he is not like other men.

He is a vampire.

The winds have changed, and evil is coming.
